The spring is located in the old town centre, enclosed in a wall between Via Monserrato and Via Amsicora, in a charming square shaded by an oak tree. It was built with the use of different materials that make it particularly evocative. It consists of a central cylindrical block made of limestone, decorated with vertical pilaster strips and surrounded by a frame. The covering consists of a trachytic dome. At the base, underneath three square openings, there is a fine red trachytic element characterised by three springs flowing from just as many white marble elements depicting fishes. The three springs are spaced out by four benches or seats.
