Touristic offering
Whoever visits Ittiri is truly spoilt for choice when it comes to accommodation and shops in which to buy their special agricultural products and handicrafts. In town, it is possible to stay in one of the two B&Bs or in the hotel in the centre. If one wants to benefit instead from the pleasant countryside then taking a break in its farmstay and in the B&B along the road for Alghero is a must. On the other hand, it is possible to taste delicious foods from the local cuisine in the farmstay and in the different restaurants provided in the various areas of the historical centre. Taking home a ‘piece’ of Ittiri is certainly not a problem: desserts, cheeses, bread, cold cuts, oil and handcraft objects in trachyte, wood, iron and handmade from gold, are available in different craft shops.
